Jean-Claude Van Damme will be starring in an upcoming pilot to be streamed on Amazon as a fictionalized version of himself, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

Jean-Claude Van Johnson will star JCVD as a famed actor and martial arts pro who comes out of retirement to pursue his alter-ego as an undercover black ops private contractor. 

Van Johnson’s role will ultimately portray the reimagined action-film version of Huckleberry Finn that we’ve all been missing.

The comedy-action-thriller hybrid will also reunite Van Damme with The Expendable’s Dave Callaham, who will act as an executive producer. Production is expected to commence this May.
