Dwight Howard Hits The Gym For Upcoming NBA Season

The Atlanta Hawks' Center shows us some of his strength-building exercises to get his body game ready.

It looks like Dwight Howard is most definitely ready for the upcoming 2016 NBA season.

Here, Howard is throwing up a set of 120 pound dumbbells with relative ease, as his rather slender teammate Tim Hardaway Jr. watches. Howard is looking to kick off his first season in Atlanta the right way, after a disappointing year with the Houston Rockets. 

In addition to his chest, he also got in some leg work in as well.

Because Howard is known for his massive shoulders and upper body strength, he did poke fun at himself in the caption by saying, “Yes I do legs lol.”

Maybe his off-season program worked, because Howard and the Atlanta Hawks opened up the pre-season with an impressive victory over the Memphis Grizzlies.
