Not one to shy away from any question thrown his way — no matter how dumb it is — UFC featherweight interim champion Conor McGregor stepped up to the plate and took a swing at an outlandish question by a reporter who caught up with him on the street.

In a recent interview with TMZ, “The Notorious” was asked about his prediction for the upcoming fight with reigning featherweight champion Jose Aldo in a title unification bout at UFC 194 on December 12. To the surprise of no one, McGregor predicted a quick victory by KO. No earth-shattering revelations there, but when asked about how he would fare in a fight against Jesus, there wasn’t a hint of humbleness to his response, even in jest.

“Me versus Jesus in the Octagon? I tell you what, there’s not a man alive that can beat me,” McGregor said. “But Jesus ain’t alive so I don’t F’ ing know, maybe he can come back from the dead, I don’t know. I’d still whoop his ass.”
