M&F Lesson of the Day: No Excuses

Normally we try to find some puntastic way to put a spin on something unusual that is happening in the world of sports and fitness.

No need to this time. Zach Hodskins is a junior guard at Milton High School in Georgia. From this highlight reel, it is very evident that he has got some mad hoop skills. It is also very evident that he only has one arm, but that did not deter him from playing basketball.

“He is remarkable,” said Van Keys, coach of  Milton High, according to USA Today High School Sports. “Watching him play would be amazing anyway because he’s that good, but when you consider what he’s overcome to be so good, it’s almost surreal.”

Zach Hodskins was born with one arm, but that did not stop him. What is stopping you? What do you need to do to make the best out of your set of skills? This clip shows what can happen when you don't let anything get in the way of what you want to achieve. Now, go get it done.
