For the prospects at the 2017 NFL Scouting Combine, hitting 40 reps on the bench press at 225 pounds would earn approving nods from every team in the league.

But for former NFL fullback Heath Evans, it’s just another day at the gym.

Even though he’s 38 years old and happily retired, the current NFL Network analyst looks like he could suit up and play again today.

With the combine getting underway in Indianapolis, Evans took to Instagram and shared a video of himself doing the 225-pound bench press drill just like the prospects looking to make it into the league. And he crushed it—40 times, in fact:

 

The all-time record at the combine on the bench press is 49 reps, which was set by Stephen Paea of Oregon State back in 2011.
