Coach Bill demonstrates a unique and effective move for the hamstrings. Known as the 'Dead Bug' this is a great stretch for people who have tight hamstrings, and need greater mobility. In the 'Dead Bug', the arms and legs are raised overhead and the shoulder blades are retracted. This allows the core to stabilize while simultaneously providing an excellent stretch in the hamstrings. Give this move a try to maximize your training performance and results.
