The Tour de France is one of the most physically grueling sporting events in the world.

Pawel Poljanski’s legs know this all too well.

Poljanski, a member of the German cycling team Bora-Hansgrohe, has gone through 16 stages of the Tour de France, and his legs tell the story. Poljanski posted a photo of his legs with bulging veins and sunburned skin after taking a break.
