Blueberry Watermelon Shaved Ice Servings: 8
Prep time: 5
You'll need
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 watermelon large, seedless, cut into chunks
  • 1 Tbsp lime juice

Directions
1. In a food processor or high-speed blender, combine all ingredients until smooth.
2. Pour into a shallow glass container and put in the freezer for about 30 minutes. When you take it out, it should be partially frozen (like a slushie). Use a fork to break it up a bit.
3. If you want it more frozen, pop it back in the freezer for another 30 minutes or so. "Shave" with a fork, serve, and enjoy.
