So you’ve just gotten home from the farmers market with armfuls of fresh peaches, and absolutely no idea what to do with them all. Solution: Whip up some of this peach pie nice cream, which is heavy on the fresh fruit and light on pretty much everything else.

Peach Pie Nice Cream Servings: 4
Prep time: 5
You'll need
  • 4 medium ripe peaches, pitted and sliced (or 2 cups frozen peaches)
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup milk or almond milk
  • 1/2 cup granola

Directions
1. Add all of the ingredients except the milk/almond milk and granola to your blender or food processor. Add half of the milk/almond milk and start to puree. Add more liquid if your machine starts to stall. Puree until smooth. If you want firmer ice cream, put it in the freezer for at least 30 minutes.
2. Top with granola and enjoy.
