Ingredients

  • 1⁄2 cup chopped onion
  • 8 tbsp whole-meal flour
  • 4 tsp salt
  • 24 oz whole milk
  • 2 lbs raw, boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut up
  • 2 hard-boiled egg whites, sliced
  • 4 cups frozen spinach
  • 2 cups cooked whole-wheat pasta

Directions

  1. In a slow cooker, add onion, flour, salt, and milk, and mix thoroughly. Add chicken, eggs, and spinach. Cook on low for 5 to 8 hours.
  2. Serve each helping over 1 cup of cooked whole-wheat pasta.
