A study conducted by the Center of Genome Sciences & Systems Biology recommends putting down that deli sandwich and ridding yourself of a Western diet, which is high in red meat and low in vegetables and fruits and a key contributor to obesity. Instead, the study’s findings suggest becoming an herbivore to reduce your risk of heart disease.
