Ingredients: 
1⁄2 cup chopped onion
8 tbsp whole-meal flour
4 tsp salt
24 oz whole milk
2 lbs raw, boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut up
2 hard-boiled egg whites, sliced
4 cups frozen spinach
2 cups cooked whole-wheat pasta

Equipment:

  • Slow cooker

Instructions:

  1. In a slow cooker, add onion, flour, salt, and milk, and mix thoroughly. Add chicken, eggs, and spinach. Cook on low for 5 to 8 hours
  2. Serve each helping over 1 cup of cooked whole-wheat pasta.
