Glucosamine

A building block used to manufacture molecules called glycosaminoglycans (a major component of joint cartilage), glucosamine is effective at preventing wear and tear on joints from heavy lifting as well as reducing joint pain, studies confirm.

Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM)

This organic compound contains sulfur, which is required to form connective tissue. Research confirms that supplementing with MSM reduces joint inflammation and pain and promotes joint recovery.

Chonodrotin

A glycosaminoglycan (an important component of joint cartilage), chondroitin helps maintain structural integrity in the joints. It may also inhibit enzymes that break down joint tissue. Chrondroitin and glucosamine have a synergistic effect when taken together.

Hyaluronic Acid (HA)

This chemical makes up part of the synovial fluid surrounding joints and acts as a shock absorber by helping to resist compressive forces while lifting. Using HA helps to replenish the body’s natural levels, thereby reducing joint pain and improving joint function.

Cetyl Myristoleate (CMO)

Cetyl Myristoleate is a medium-chain fatty acid found in only a small number of animal species. Research suggests that CMO acts as a natural anti-inflammatory, as well as a lubricant for damaged joints.

One pack of Animal Flex provides an effective dosage of all these ingredients.
