Admit it — you've been to a strip club. Now admit that, for just a split second, perhaps while you dug into your pocket for the smallest bill you could find to toss onstage, you admired the girls' fitness ability. It's okay; if a woman is hanging half-naked, upside-down on a pole using nothing but her legs, considering the biomechanics of the situation just means you're an informed Muscle & Fitness reader.
Increasingly, stripping has been packaged in books, videos and gym chains as a "workout" for mainstream consumption, so they've already encroached on our turf. With that in mind, M&F is conducting this online poll to determine which fitness model you most want to see working the pole in a spectacular pictorial.
