Roll-out Pushup

The roll-out pushup is designed to strengthen your core while also working your chest, shoulders, and triceps.

Instructions

  1. The Roll-out Push-up
    Start with your left hand on protein barrel, right hand on the ground. With the right arm, descend into a pushup; simultaneously, with the left arm, roll out the protein barrel.
  2. 1190 roll out push up 2
    Press up from the pushup and roll the protein barrel back in. That's one rep.
