Lower Back Foam Roll

The lower back foam roll is a form of self massage for the lower lumbar region. It is used to increase mobility and flexibility.

Instructions

    Place a foam roller under your lower back. Bend your knees at a 90-degree angle with your feet firmly on the ground.
  2. Lower Back Foam Roll
    Begin to slowly roll up and down the lower portion of your spine. Complete this movement for the prescribed amount of time.

Trainer’s Tips

  • Do not roll fast. Move the roller in a slow and controlled manner.
