Arnold's All-Machine 'Terminator' Workout

This quick, mechanical circuit keeps Arnold Schwarzenegger lifting like a machine at age 67.

arnolder-terminator-machine
Duration 45 Min
Exercises 8
Equipment Yes

As governor of California from 2003 - 2011, Arnold was more focused on his heart health and torching off fat. He relied more on cardio and, with age and injuries slowing him, he's learned to get the most out of machines. The exercises below are done as a circuit; the number of circuits depends on how much time he has. He rests two minutes after the calf raise, and after the circuits finishes with the Swiss Ball crunch.
