Chang’s workout will not only burn a ton of calories, it will also strengthen your core, build your muscles and challenge your endurance level.

The Circuit Training Workout
1) Push-ups: 10-20 reps
2) Squats: 10-20 reps
3) Pull-ups: Max out
Rest Time: 1 minute between sets
