Ron's Old Workout

Exercises performed as a circuit without rest and repeated for 3–5 rounds:

  • Machine Chest Press x 20 reps
  • Lat Pulldown x 20 reps
  • Leg Press x 20 reps
  • Machine Overhead Press x 20 reps
  • Dumbbell Curl x 20 reps

Our Advice

This workout might give you a good pump, but it’s not involving enough muscle to make for great cardio. Choose exercises that train the whole body and keep your heart rate up. Experiment with special equipment if you have it, but lay off the machines!
