I perform front squats only. Am I missing out on any benefits from back squats?

If you're going to focus on front squats in your workouts, you’ll want to include additional hamstring and glute exercises to ensure your muscular development is well-rounded and comprehensive. A few excellent hip-dominant exercises that pair perfectly with front squats are deadlifts, back raises, glute bridges, hip thrusts, good mornings, glute-ham raises, and pulling or pushing a loaded sled.
