Today's Workout

If you really want to build muscle mass, you need to make sure you finish strong. Trooper Fitness co-owner Jen Romanelli recommends this finisher, which combines burpee pullups, dumbbell thrusters, and box jumps. Do as many rounds as you can to maximize the finisher’s effectiveness.

Directions

This finisher is designed to be done for as many rounds as possible (AMRAP). Find a rep count that you’re comfortable with for each exercise, and then perform as many rounds as you can of the routine.
