To celebrate World Spine Day we want you guys to make sure you are doing everything yo can to watch your back.

World Spine Day promotes “the importance of proper posture and movement in maintaining good spinal health,” so we decided to jump on the bandwagon and share a few tips of our own. If you have serious back issues, then most forms of exercise are pretty much 86’ed, which is why injury prevention is such an important element to your overall health and well-being.

How you carry yourself is not only an indication of how much confidence you have, but stooping and hunching over can lead to back issues and other problems. We want to make sure you guys use the correct posture and exercise form when you hit the heavy weights. Proper posture will not make you look self-assured, it will also benefit your health (and make you more attractive to ladies).
