The women have officially kicked off IFBB Pro League action at the 2011 Arnold Classic in Columbus, Ohio. Here’s how it’s shaping up:

FIGURE It’s a two-woman race as defending champion Nicole Wilkins and Erin Stern square off in a rematch of their epic battle from last year’s Figure Olympia. The two have battled back-and-forth since last year’s Figure International, when Wilkins came out on top for her first-ever Arnold win. Stern turned the tables at the Olympia, defeating the then-defending champion. Stay tuned to see who comes out on top tonight.

Ava Cowan and Felicia Romero appear to be fighting for third and fourth place.

MS. INTERNATIONAL Five-time and defending champion Iris Kyle has left the door open for a tough field of challengers. Kyle, who has been battling an illness for the last five weeks and was rumored to be considering dropping out, was off from the stellar form that has propelled to her to a five-contest win streak. Close on her heels are Alina Popa, Yaxeni Oriquen-Garcia, Betty Viana-Adkins and Debi Laszewski. It’s wide-open so tune in tonight for the final results.

FITNESS INTERNATIONAL Three-time and defending champion Adela Garcia is in a tight race with Tanji Johnson and Trish Warren. Johnson and Warren, who finished second and third, respectively, to Garcia, last September at the 2010 Fitness Olympia, are hoping to turn the tables tonight.

Bethany Wagner, Camala Rodriguez and Regiane Da Silva are battling for spots 4-6.
