Friday began with a meet the pros symposium. Flex Magazine was there to catch Candid Photos ie Paparazzi Shots as well as interviews with the pro.

Friday's prejudging started with the women fitness 2 piece round. If it weren't for supporters of the sport, we wouldn't have had a physique division this weekend, but nonetheless, they are here and it was exciting to see the two piece and the routines.

Men Physique ranks have been climbing and this contest proved how many there are vying for an opportunity to compete at the first ever 2013 Men's Physique Showdown during the 2013 Olympia Weekend.

The Women Physique division is the largest division of the weekend with 39 competitors vying for a shot to the first ever Women's Physique Showdown. Crossing over from Figure, Bikini and Bodybuilding, the women of different competitive backgrounds were meshed together to see who has the best physique of them all.
Notably, it was great to see Dana Linn Bailey aka DLB back on the physique stage. I was there when she turned pro and I was there upon her return. She had an incredible package and the crowd loved her. This was also my first time seeing Nicole Ball compete as a physique competitor, but she did not make the first call-out. She has an excellent physique but it looks like she'll have to drop more mass to become competitive in this division.
