Eight-time Mr. Olympia Ronnie Coleman made an appearance at the Max Muscle Sports Nutrition store in Lincoln, Nebraska this afternoon, and flexonline was there to capture the action.

Lincoln has a loyal, albeit modest sized, bodybuilding following, as hundreds of fans showed up to see Ronnie, along with fitness model Jamie Eason, and score an autograph from the champ. In the past, Jay Cutler and Gunter Schlierkamp have made appearances at the Lincoln Max Muscle, as has UFC fighter Randy Couture, among others.

“Let’s face it, Nebraska’s not a hotspot in terms of a travel destination [for someone like Ronnie Coleman], so a lot of people here who look up to these athletes don’t get the chance to meet them.” Lincoln Max Muscle store owner Chad Case said. “This is a great opportunity for us to show our customers we appreciate them and let them meet people like Ronnie Coleman, who they really look up to and aspire to be like. It’s also a good way to gain exposure for the store and to let people know there’s a difference when it comes to nutrition stores in town.”

Lincoln resident and M&F Senior Features Editor Joe Wuebben was on hand and captured the event on his trusty, yet amateurish, digital camera.
