He‘s not wasting any time! Most new pros wait until the next season to compete in their first IFBB Pro League show, but not D.G. Only hours after stepping off of the stage at the 2009 NPC USA Championships in Las Vegas, Nevada, on Saturday, July 25, the middleweight and pro card winner made up his mind to battle with the big boys at Dexter Jackson‘s 2009 IFBB Jacksonville Pro Under 202 Championships, in Jacksonville, Florida, Friday and Saturday, July 31-August 1 – just four days from now.

“Winning my pro card hasn‘t even sunk in yet,” Gee said. “But I got several calls from people in the industry whose opinion I respect, and they were all telling me to enter the Jacksonville 202. I think I have a good chance to win, or at least get top three and an Olympia qualification.”

Peter Putnam, 2008 NPC National light-heavyweight winner, and Stan McQuay, 2006 NPC National light-heavyweight winner, will also make their pro debut at the Jacksonville 202. Stay tuned to flexonline.com for more.
