Noy Alexander wins Month 2 of the FLEX Bikini Model Search Online presented by Champion Nutrition

The voting for Month Two of the FLEX Bikini Model Search Online presented by Champion Nutrition ended yesterday and, after bringing the five competitors with the most votes in front of our expert judging panel, Noy Alexander was declared the winner for the month of May.
An amazing 127 competitors entered the contest for Month Two, making the voting an extremely difficult – not to mention popular – process. Over the two-week voting period, more than 33,000 votes were cast. And as the contest gets bigger, it only gets better.
This month, Champion Nutrition has agreed to team up with FLEX magazine to help take the FLEX Bikini Model Search to the next level. In addition to all of the prizes listed below, Champion Nutrition will be giving each monthly winner $250 in Champion Nutrition product, plus giving $1,000 in product to the overall winner of the FLEX Bikini Model Search in Las Vegas.
But that’s not all – Champion will also be offering an exclusive contract to the overall winner of the FLEX Bikini Model Search in Las Vegas on Olympia Weekend! That’s right – the overall winner of the FLEX Bikini Model Search will be offered not one, but two exclusive contracts!
In winning the month, Alexander is awarded a $250 cash prize and $250 worth of product from Champion Nutrition along with a $100 gift certificate to Musotica.com, the official stylist for the FLEX Swimsuit and Lingerie issues. Alexander will also be given the opportunity to shoot an extended FLEX Bodyshop in Las Vegas featuring the five monthly winners from the FLEX Bikini Model Search Online presented by Champion Nutrition.
In addition, Alexander automatically qualifies for the 15-woman finals at the 2008 FLEX Bikini Model Search in Las Vegas on September 26 and 27 during Olympia Weekend. In Las Vegas, the overall winner will earn exclusive contracts with Weider Publications and Champion Nutrition and a spot in the 2009 FLEX Swimsuit issue.
There will be three more winners of the FLEX Bikini Model Search Online between now and the end of the contest, which runs from April until August. Submissions for Month Three are due by the 21st of this month.

ISLAND GIRL: I was born in Laos, which is right next to Thailand and Vietnam in Southeast Asia. But I grew up and lived in Hawaii most of my life.
POWER LIFTER: I’ve always worked out, been in shape and ate pretty well. I used to powerlift and competed in a few regional shows about 10 years ago. People are surprised to hear that because I’m so little. I don’t look that little but I actually am. And when you talk about powerlifting you usually think about big, burly men.
UP FOR THE CHALLENGE : I love a challenge. My competition has always been with myself. I’m not really afraid of anything, if have my mind on something I follow through.
BEST LIFTS: I deadlifted 253 pounds, bench pressed 115 and squatted 176, all at a bodyweight of 96 ½ pounds. Those were all in 1999.
SELF PROMOTION: Today I’m training seven days a week, with one off day when I do cardio and abs. My training is different, I use more higher reps and negatives and really concentrate on contracting the muscle. With powerlifting, it was more lower reps and explosive training.
LINKING UP: A friend of mine contacted me and gave me the link for flexonline. He’s in the nutrition business and he was saying I should consider entering the contest. I used MySpace a lot to promote myself, that really helped. Everybody?s on Myspace. And Facebook. And told a lot of people I met at work.
