MYO-T12

The main ingredient in MYO-X is a follistatin-rich extract of egg yolk
from fertilized chicken eggs known as MYO-T12. Follistatin is a protein that has been shown to inhibit myostatin, which is basically a protein that inhibits muscle from growing too big. You likely recall seeing photos of mice, cattle, and even a human baby that do not produce normal levels of myostatin
like the rest of us and, therefore, have much larger than normal levels of muscle mass. You can reduce myostatin production by blocking the gene that produces it. Follistatin is a protein that has been found to effectively inhibit myostatin and allow for enhanced muscle growth. While little is still known about how myostatin inhibits muscle growth, recent research from Finland suggests one method. The Finnish researchers found that blocking myostatin leads to an increase in muscle-protein synthesis.

For decades scientists have hunted high and low for natural ingredients that are a source of follistatin or other substances that would block myostatin. Carlon Colker, M.D., discovered follistatin in egg yolk from fertilized chicken eggs. More specifically, it appears to be located in the membrane of the yolk of these fertilized eggs.

He developed a process to optimize the myostatin-inhibiting activity in yolk membranes, and the resulting product is MYO-T12.

Research on MYO-T12 shows that the amount delivered in one serving of MYO-X reduced myostatin levels in men by almost 50% in as little as 12 hours. Therefore, MYO-X may be the first supplement on the market designed
to lower myostatin levels that actually delivers.
