Overhead Rope Extension | SETS: 3–4 | REPS: 10–12

Lying Extension | SETS: 3–4 | REPS: 10–12

Bench Dip* | SETS: 3–4 | REPS: 10–12

BICEPS

Incline Dumbbell Curl | SETS: 3–4 | REPS: 10–12

Preacher Curl | SETS: 3–4 | REPS: 10–12

Reverse Preacher Curl | SETS: 3–4 | REPS: 10–12

Concentration Curl | SETS: 3–4 | REPS: 10–12

*Usually performed with two to three 45-pound plates on lap.
