IFBB Pro Mike Van Wyck is twelve weeks into recovering from from pec surgery. Shit happens, but he's back on the mend. Mike feels good but his workouts have had to be acclimated to the injury.

Any tricep has to stay below the shoulder line. He tries to get a pump and increase blood flood throughout the body.

Mike's belief is that if you take a lot of time off, it will take a long time to recover. Whereas if you get into the gym right away, it signals the body to start healing. So right after his surgery, Mike van Wick went to the for a leg workout. No one is going to tell him to stop or wait around.

Mike's going to listen to his doctors as for as the injury goes, but most likely wont compete this year unless things are going well, then by late this August.
