Lab Rat Mike Myers attempts to survive Day 2 of M&F's September 2011 featured routine

Our in-house Lab Rat, Mike Myers, attempts Day 2 of the Mass Building Workout from the September 2011 issue of Muscle & Fitness. This workout includes grueling rounds of "shockwave sets," a series of mini-sets that progress from lighter to heavier weight over five sets of four reps, for a total of 20 reps per round.
