We all want to hit the gym and shred our bodies from head to toe. But a busy schedule can make that exceptionally difficult. The obvious answer? A bodyweight workout that takes little time and no equipment.

You can work up a serious sweat when you perform bodyweight moves in a circuit. The cardio component challenges your entire body—so you can get impressive results that are just as good as ones produced in the gym. Don't believe us? Complete this circuit three times.
