This amateur bantamweight MMA fight between Corey Conway (1-0) and AJ Leone (0-1) at Mayhem in Mesquite 4 in Mesquite, Nevada, last weekend was as explosive as it was brief. Both men came out with bad intentions, and Leone actually tagged Conway with a straight right in the first exchange. However, Conway absorbed the shot well, reset himself and countered with a clinical overhand right after Leone dropped his left after flicking out a jab to score the knockout. And all this happened in five seconds! That is one hell of a way for an 18-year-old to make his debut!

The overhand right temporarily separated Leone from his senses, and thankfully Conway missed Leone with the follow-up punch before the referee waived off the fight. Hat tip to Tuff-N-Uff for the footage.
