Muscle Martini Mixed Berry Frozen Fruit Bar Recipe Prep time: 5 min
You'll need
  • 2 cups frozen or fresh mixed berries
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1 scoop Muscle Martini Mixed Berry
Directions 
1. Pour water, Muscle Martini and fruit into blender, and blend for 2 minutes.
2. Pour mix into ice pop molds and freeze for at least 6-8 hours.
