Today's Workout 5: The circuit to forge your core

It's time to whip your midsection back into shape. This routine is a great place to start.

Today's Workout 5: The circuit to crush your core
Duration 30-45
Exercises 4
Equipment Yes

Your abs may have been hiding out during the winter months, but spring is here and that means it's time to start sculpting those neglected muscle groups.

First up on the list? Your core.

A starting round of renegade rows will hit yours abs hard, followed by walkouts and dumbbell front squats that will keep the rest of your body engaged. Top this circuit off with some elbow planks and your core will be solid for summer in no time.

Directions

You'll do this workout as a circuit, meaning you'll do each exercise consecutively without rest. Once you've completed all exercises, rest for 30 seconds. Repeat the whole circuit for 5-10 rounds.

Depending on your ability, you may shorten or lengthen the rest period. You may also complete more or fewer rounds.
