Man Does Alternating Dumbbell Row Exercise During Chest Workout

If you’re the type of person who feels sluggish in the morning—and don’t worry, that’s a lot of us—this is the routine you should be incorporating into your daily fitness regimen.

It’s not only ultra-simple—all you’ll need is one pair of dumbbells—but also quick, effective, and energizing throughout the entire day.

Directions

You’ll do this workout as a circuit, meaning you’ll complete each exercise consecutively without rest. Once you’ve finished all exercises, rest for 60 seconds. Repeat the entire circuit for 4 to 6 rounds.

Depending upon your ability, you may shorten or lengthen the rest period. You may also complete more or fewer rounds.
