Man Does Alternating Dumbbell Row Exercise During Chest Workout

Every fit guy knows there’s no better way to launch the day than with a sweat-drenching, muscle-pumping workout. If you’re one of those fit guys (or if you want to be), then this is the circuit you should be doing when the sun comes up.

All you’ll need is four exercises and a set of dumbbells—meaning you can even do it at home, so no excuses—to get the blood flowing and muscles burning this morning.

Directions

You’ll do this workout as a circuit, meaning you’ll complete each exercise consecutively without rest. Once you’ve finished all exercises, rest for 30 to 60 seconds. Repeat the entire circuit for 4 to 6 rounds.

Depending upon your ability, you may shorten or lengthen the rest period. You may also complete more or fewer rounds.
