THE WORKOUT: 

Try the following triceps workout to increase your triceps growth. 

CLOSE-GRIP BENCH PRESS

Sets: 4

Reps: 6–8

Rest: 2 min.

CABLE OVERHEAD EXTENSION

Sets: 4

Reps: 10–12

Rest: 1–2 min.

TRICEPS EXTENSION/ TRICEPS PRESSDOWN

Sets: 4

Reps: 10–12  

Rest: 1–2 min.

Quick Tip: You can also do this exercise one arm at a time to focus tension on each arm.
