Instructions

    Anchor the band in front of you at chest height. Grab the other end in one hand and walk back to create tension.
  2. One-Arm Resistance-Band Row
    With knees bent and torso upright, pull the band to your side. Keep your elbow in tight throughout the movement. Repeat for reps, then switch sides.
