Supine Glute Bridge and Plate Extension

Instructions

  1. 800 plate glute bridge 1
    Lie on your back with knees bent, feet on floor, and plate extended over chest.
  2. Supine Glute Bridge and Plate Extension
    Contract your glutes to perform a bridge while keeping the plate extended. Bring your glutes back down to the floor. Continue for 30 seconds. To make it harder, press the plate with each bridge.
