Perform 15-45 minutes of moderate-intensity cardio on the equipment of your choice (bike, treadmill, elliptical, etc.) or outdoors (running/ jogging). If you’re just getting back into exercising after an extended layoff (many months or years), start at 15 minutes and add 5 minutes each week.
