Hollywood trainer and McDermott Family Fitness co-founder Andy McDermott shows an example of a challenging circuit using the TRX.  You don’t have to be a fighter in order to work out like one and reap the benefits!  The “Fight With a TRX” is a metabolic monster! Five continuous rounds of one minute each of these five exercises is championship-level stuff!

All Andy’s workouts follow a similar structure.  First, take five minutes to get a good warm-up and prepare for training.  Then push hard through four strength and resistance exercises, followed by one minute of an active rest exercise such as the running you see above. The active rest keeps your machine running hot and burning fat, but allows a “reset” for your targeted muscles so they’ll be ready for the next set. Those five exercises together make one round; now repeat!

You’ve seen Andy put his body to the test, now see him putting his Hylete workout shorts to the test.
