Pick three cardio activities. Choose between things like a sled push, treadmill push, airdyne bike, stationary rower, Versaclimber, burpees, sprints, etc. For each exercise, do 5 rounds of 30 seconds on, 30 seconds off. Rest five minutes in between different exercises.
