With a client list as diverse as his training methods, Michael emphasizes strength training modalities that can be transferred from the gym to daily life, from training camp to championship. He has worked with an impressive list of world champion boxers most recently Amir Khan, Peter Quillin and Paulie Malignaggi. Many film and television celebrities including Chris Pine, Wayne Brady and Alex Pettyfer have also sought Michael’s guidance in preparing for roles and have stayed on to become devoted clients, making him a part of their regular fitness regimen.
Michael’s innovative approach and his devotion to pursuing and communicating only the most credible and effective fitness information have resulted in a lifelong commitment to excellence. His undergraduate studies were in Exercise Science at Indiana State University and he is certified through the NSCA and the IFPA. Michael has been featured in Mens Health, Fighting Fit, Muscle & Performance and other magazines.
