Weighted Glute Bridge

Instructions

  1. WEIGHTED-GLUTE-BRIDGE
    Sit on the floor and roll a barbell into your lap. (You may need to use a bar pad for comfort.) Lie back on the floor, bend your knees, and plant your feet on the floor.
  2. WEIGHTED-GLUTE-BRIDGE
    Brace your abs and drive through your heels to raise your hips off the floor to full extension. Lower back down and repeat.
