X-Body Hammer Curl

Instructions

  1. Male performing a X hammer Curl arm exercise
    For the x-body hammer curl you'll want to start at full elbow extension, pronate the wrist holding the dumbbell, so that your elbow is pointing away from your body (i.e., internal rotation). This is the starting position.
  2. Male performing a X hammer Curl arm exercise
    Flex the elbow to bring the dumbbell across your body so it ends near the center of your chest.
  3. Male performing a X hammer Curl arm exercise
    Resist the load to reverse the movement for the eccentric phase.
