  1. Kneeling Plate Chest Press
    Kneel with both knees on the floor, hands gripping the sides of the plate.

    With quick, dynamic movements, press the plate straight out in front so your arms are extended, then bring it all the way back to your chest. Continue for 30 seconds, keeping your thighs and torso perpendicular with the floor throughout.
