Instructions

  1. How to Properly Execute The Pop-Over Push-Up
    Start with your right hand on protein barrel, left hand on the ground.
  2. 1190 pop over push up 2
    Explosively perform a plyometric pushup, launching your hands off the floor.
  3. 1190 pop over push up 3
    Quickly bring your left hand onto the protein barrel with your right hand on the ground. Continue to repeat.
