Pushup with Knee Tuck


  1. Muscular-Male-Topless-Performing-Pushup-With-Knee-Tuck-Position-One
    Start in a push-up position with hands slightly wider than shoulder width apart. With a straight back lower yourself down until your elbows are bent about 90 degrees and you chest is about one inch from the floor.
  2. Muscular-Male-Topless-Performing-Pushup-With-Knee-Tuck-Position-Two
    Bring yourself back up to the starting position. At the top of the movement draw one of your leg towards the chest and as you are keep in mind to crunch through the obliques. Bring your that knee towards the opposite elbow.
