Christmas Getup


  1. Christmas Getup
    Begin on floor with right arm extended above shoulder, holding medicine ball in right palm and left elbow on floor under left shoulder.
  2. Christmas Getup
    Bend right knee, keeping right foot on floor, and sweep left foot under right leg, bringing left foot behind you. Straighten left arm so you're kneeling on left knee and right foot; keep right arm extended toward ceiling.
  3. Christmas Getup
    Push through right heel to come to a standing position. Keep right arm holding ball and extended above shoulder throughout the movement. Reverse the movement, lowering left knee toward floor and then sweeping left leg under right; continue to look at the ball extended above shoulder.
